Elktrin is a middle-aged elf with a heart of gold and wisdom beyond his years.

Elktrin Valaar is a used goods dealer in the poor district of New Nulb. Most of his goods are donated from the wealthier folks of New Nulb and then sold from his shop named Elktrin's Goods. He was born and raised in New Nulb and at a very young age began peddling in used goods. The shop he currently works out of was donated by an unknown wealthy benefactor.
