Issack Mosntai is a dealer in the strange, the macabre, and the occult. A human who is of an indescribable age, yet seems to somehow have arrested the aging process, Issack trades in wares that one will seldom find in the other shops in town. Being a dabbler in both sides of the magical coin (arcane and divine), Issack is one whom you might go to in order to find rare, or objectionable, components for spells or to purchase hard-to-find (or often thought to be lost) books on... darker subjects. He also deals in the unusual, the fantastic, and the downright bizarre. He currently displays in a case a severed, mummified hand that he claims is the other Hand of Vecna. He has a voodoo doll belonging to a long-dead king (making it now powerless). He sells a walking cane topped with the shrunken head of a dwarf. He might have a book to describe the process of creating a flesh golem, the summoning of an imp or quasit, or the method to create a potion that will let you speak to those who reside in the spirit world.
