Tristan - Lawful Good

Symbol: Fiery sword overlying a shield

Tristan is the god of personal sacrifice and redemption. Temples dedicated to the Redeemer are decorative opposites especially in their use of the black and white colors. Tristan attracts worshipers in larger numbers from among the eladrin (he was eladrin himself before ascending), warlocks who are drawn to him for his own time among them and from the savage races that have abandoned their heritage and seek forgiveness and a new way. Tristan admonishes his followers in these virtues:

Do not fear sacrifice but be willing to give your very life for a friend or a cause
Within all living things, even those that seem beyond redemption, there exists some goodness
Forgiveness doesn’t need to be asked for, it should be freely given
